How do I return an article?
To return your packages, please send them to

The invoice of your purchases is electronic you can at any time edit it on your customer account under the heading invoice. There is no return voucher.
The return costs are your responsibility.
Insert in your package the nature of the desired exchange: have, refund (if you return it within 14 days only), exchange and imperatively your order reference and your complete contact details.
You must return your items with a Colissimo tracking, in case of loss of the package this number will be claimed, and you will still benefit from the refund.
Items worn, unlabelled, damaged, or not in their original condition will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. Packages will be re-shipped directly to you.
